به زيرساخت هاي دموكراسي در ايران بي‌اعتنا نباشيم

تقي رحماني در مقاله «مرحله ايران» نوشته: مرحله ایران چیست؟ دموكراسی، عدالت اقتصادی یا جامعه مدنی؟ در یك كلام اگر بخواهیم بگوییم كه البته ختم كلام نشود و بحث باز شود، مرحله ایران نه دموكرسی و نه عدالت اقتصادی است… مرحله جامعه ما؛ مرحله تقویت جامعه مدنی و نهادهای مدنی، صنفی، قومی و جنسیتی برای نهادینه كردن حضور مردم به شكل سازمان داده شده در جامعه است. انتخابات نیز از موضع جامعه‌محوری مفید خواهد بود.

اندام هاي جامعه دموكراتيك اقتصاد، سياست، حقوق، فلسفه، فرهنگ اند. سازمان ها ونهادها همواره براي نتيجه بخشيدن دموكراسي مطرح اند. يا مثلا در پيوند با فرهنگ، عقلانيت اجتماعي مطرح است. چه مصداق هايي براي ارتقاي عقلانيت اجتماعي وجود دارد:

ترویج و ارتقاء آگاهی های سیاسی شهروندان، ابهام زدایی ، روشنگری و اطلاع رسانی پیرامون اهداف و برنامه های احزاب یا قدرت سیاسی موجود، امکان مقایسه ، تحلیل و نقد راهبردهای گروهها، جمعیت ها و هیأت حاکم، ترویج و نهادینه شدن فرهنگ گفتگو، مصالحه ، سازش و ائتلاف به جای نزاع، مناقشه و تخریب، تمرکز بر خواست های صنفی، حزبی و مشخص به جای کلی گویی و اهداف دور از دسترس.

Zapatistas social movement is a movement opposes structural crimes arise from government and money power, by social solidarity.

Widespread using Internet, Zapatistas could broadcast rapidly their messages to the world. And create a network of supporter groups and run a public opinion international movement that makes it impossible to the Mexico government widespread suppression methods. And force the government to hold a conversation, and also expose to world public opinion the ostracism and political depravity?

But in Iran, a movement has been started such as Zapatistas for democracy and freedom. Will Iranian be safe from government iniquity and repression? Does west impact Iran government via green movement or via its direct requirement the atomic problem? Iran event will be an example of ‘Information Society’ like Zapatistas. What are relations between Global Village, Information Society and Iran?
